The company began as a small-scale chorizo factory, and throughout these years we have remained true to the tradition of artisanal production while expanding the factory into a modern sausage and cured meat production facility.
Using artisanal methods allows us to guarantee the quality and flavor of our Galician sausages. A rigorous selection of raw materials and traditional processes, such as traditional wood smoking, are key to this.
